Content model
Two entities: SYSTEM (id, name, one_liner, non-linear status, body, principles[]) and PRINCIPLE (id, name, statement, elaboration, order). Lineage via derived_from / successor. Sources: content/systems.json, content/principles.json.

Search
Project filtering matches case-insensitive substrings against name + one_liner only. No vectors, no embeddings, no external index. More fields only when content volume justifies it.
Research notes
Findings are hardware-bound, not guarantees: Sonar sub-5ms on one tuned machine; Psyche 60–70% on small internal evals; Desob single-frame dispatch on test rigs. Assumptions under validation, recorded per dossier.
Simulations
A Frame is a sandboxed, labeled demo with persistent chrome reading SIMULATION — <NAME> plus a NON-PRODUCTION DEMO tag. Interaction stays inside the Frame — no real navigation, no credentials, no production implications. The dossier stays authoritative. Current: XT-Neros vault on its dossier.
Motion & dependencies
GSAP + ScrollTrigger (self-hosted). Timeline engine for entrances, parallax, and SVG draws. Content renders visible by default; scripts only add initial states. prefers-reduced-motion or CALM mode (footer toggle, remembered) disables the system. Vendored under assets/vendor/ at version + content hash, loaded defer — no third-party script sits in any page's critical path.
Route transitions: navigate first, animate second. A link click records the destination and lets the browser navigate immediately — no exit timeline, no gate, nothing cosmetic between the click and the request. The blackout scene is an entrance: it plays on the destination over a document that has already painted, then reveals it. So travel is never waiting on an animation to finish. Routes with their own ceremony (the member pages, the entry boot) play that instead of the blackout. Direct loads, deep links, typed URLs and back/forward get no transition at all. Scrolling is native — no smooth-wheel library (removed for scrollbar lag); parallax uses tight scrub values. Same-origin destinations prefetch on hover intent, keyboard focus and press, so the destination is usually already warm before the click lands.
Canvas, selectively: one 30fps hero canvas on the entry page only, skipped on weak CPUs, save-data, hidden tabs, and reduced motion. Repeating tweens pause offscreen.
Backup & recovery
Repo = primary source. bash scripts/backup.sh <reason> snapshots content, config, assets, and fonts with a hash manifest; keep 10 rolling + per-release copies off-host. Secrets never committed. Full sequence in BACKUP.md.
